The City of South Perth provides an Online Lodgement Service for new Applications. The City permits the electronic lodgement of applications in accordance with these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be amended by the City at any time.

By using the Online Lodgement Service, the City will collect and collate your personal information. The City may also disclose your personal information to third parties who assist in the delivery of our services, or as required by law. The City is not liable to you or another entity for any interference or damage to your electronic equipment in connection with the use of this site or associated web links.
You agree that the information you have provided in your application is complete and accurate and that you will take any necessary steps to amend outdated information as soon as practicable.

The City reserves the right to change, modify, suspend, replace or to terminate the Online Lodgement Service at any time. The City will have no liability to you in respect of such action.

The City will be indemnified by you for any claims resulting from any copyright breach, loss or damage associated with the use of the Online Lodgement Service regardless of the cause and includes, but is not limited to, error, omission, negligence and misinformation.

The use of this Service is entirely at your own risk and is provided for use without any representations, warranties, either expressed or implied, and includes warranties relating to fitness for a particular purpose.

Users of this Service will be entirely responsible for verifying all relevant representations, statements and information provided.

This Service is provided on the condition that correct and complete information is provided by the applicant for the City to assess the application. If insufficient or incorrect information is submitted, the application will not be lodged or processed further until all required documents have been received. Applications will not be processed unless accompanied by the required fee.

It is a Condition of Service that the applicant has obtained the relevant permissions from other parties for any documents and plans submitted in support of their application.
